An ideal DLC needs a Definitive Purpose.
In order to bring one into fruition it needs to have a fluid technology system with the ability to update software in a fluid technological society. In addition, needs to be able to generate a market with shared interests and have the ability to attract and retain its members.
What can one do to make an existing DLC more attractive to and welcoming for students and teachers?
The ease of resource usage and dissemination will be a key factor in welcoming students and teachers.
