DIGITAL HEALTH

Dear Colleagues,

I am always doing a calendar to make sure I am the most effective online.

I answer my emails in the morning.
I work my strengths:  I do my most mentally focus work when I am most alert.
I take breaks:  Build in my lunch and gardening.
Most important, I plan when to do software updates.

And, I detox from technology, especially on Saturdays.
